Algeria will likely achieve a 10% economic growth rate in 2009 without the inclusion of hydrocarbon sector profits, Finance Minister Karim Djoudi said at the Council of the Nation on Sunday (December 13th). The record non-petrol sector growth was spurred in part by an exceptional cereal crop, APS reported.
