Mauritania's state-controlled broadcasting sector will be liberalized "between May and June", AFP quoted President Mohamed Ould Abdel Aziz as saying Tuesday (March 30th) during a visit to the national television office. There are currently two public and two private television channels in Mauritania, as well as two public radio stations.
