Kadyrov's "deputy information minister" Gudayev, speaking at a gathering of propagandists in the occupied capital Jokhar, lamented for the fact that the work of information resources of the Caucasus Emirate is very effective, and dealing with them is very difficult because of "insufficient funding".
Gudayev said:
"More than 5,000 extremist and terrorist resources operate today in the Internet information sphere, headed by the website Kavkaz Center, which feeds with information all other websites.
Sometimes it is impossible to trace the sources of information. The funding of extremist and terrorist sites is huge enough, and naturally the source of funding dictates the Internet resources' operation.
The republic (Kadyrov - KC) lacks resources for effectively counteraction.
A total of 17 publications, three TV channels and three Internet sites are operating here. Such methods as hacker attacks on websites or criminal prosecution are not effective".
It is to be mentioned in this context that the ringleader of the minion of Dagestan, Magomedov, has made a similar lamenting a day before.
He urged his media to strengthen their occupation and the puppet propaganda to counter the truth of the Mujahideen.
Magomedov lamented that "not all regional media outlets have realized that a full-scale information war for the minds of people is being waged in the republic".
The ringleader of the minions spoke at a special gathering of the gang "anti-terrorist committee of the republic" entitled "The implementation of a comprehensive plan for information activities to counter terrorism in the Russian Federation in 2008,-2012", and "tasks to enhance the effectiveness" of the occupation propaganda were discussed there.
Magomedov complained that "in some media outlets, there is an aggressive propaganda of extremist ideas".
"I am especially concerned about the growth of this propaganda on the Internet. Dozens of sites operating in the North Caucasus are engaged in it. Ideologists of extremism openly post calls for terrorist activities, for a war with the state and society", the Russian minion said.
Magomedov called for strengthening all-absorbing moronization of citizens of the Caucasus Emirate in the puppet media:
"We need to make Dagestanis, especially young people, know the true values by which they should to be guided. For this goal, we need to explain our policies, decisions made by public authorities, and make them available to everyone".
It is known that the "true values", which are promoted and propagated by the minions, are the laws of Russian infidels who oppose the Mujahideen fighting for the establishment of the laws of Allah. And in this war, everyone chooses the ideology (religion), which he accepts and which he worships.
