English transcript of latest video statement of new leadership of Dagestan province

Here is the translation (with adaptations) of the transcript of the latest video message of the Emir of Dagestan province, Hassan (ha) about the changes in the leadership of the Dagestan province, as a consequence of the martyrdom of Emir Seyfullah aka Magomedali Vagabov (ra). He also renews the Bayat (oath of allegiance) given to the CE Emir, Abu Usman (ha), on behalf of the Mujahideen of Dagestan.

May the peace, mercy, and blessings of Allah be with you, brothers.

A lot of time has passed since the martyrdom (Insha'Allah) of our brother Seyfullah. He has done a lot of work in the way of Allah, may Allah rewards him with good. May Allah accept his Jihad, and may He increase his reward in Heaven. We will, Insha'Allah, all achieve it. We came here to die on the path of Allah, to establish His law on earth. Either Allah will give us the martyrdom in His path, or the victory over the infidels.

Today, some Emirs cannot be here for good reasons: Emir Habib and Emir al-Bara.

There are some changes after the Seyfullah's martyrdom. I thought and consulted my brothers and decisions were made:

I appoint as my Naib (deputy), Hassan, who is currently the Emir of the Northern sector. He will be my first Naib, Insha'Allah.

My second Naib will be Salih, who is the Emir of the Central Sector.

As Emir of the Shamilkala-Kaspiysk sector, I have appointed al-Bara, who was the Emir of Kaspiysk.

Now we have there a brother, Isa, praise be to Allah, a knowledgeable brother. Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds that we have such brothers here. We have appointed him as the Emir of Riyadh-us-Saliheen group. Insha'Allah, he will act, as we have discussed earlier. We will also continue to inflict horrors to the infidels, on their territories. They think that this (Dagestan and the Caucasus) is the only place of this war. Insha'Allah, we will carry this war into their territory, with the help of Allah.

As for Daud of Shamilkala, - the Emir of the special group - today, I removed him from this post, however he remains the Emir of the group, but a special group among us, is no longer needed today. So, by and large, we are all - all Mujahideen, who are in the Caucasus Emirate and on the earth in general, members of these special groups, praise be to Allah. Daud and his group will be subordinated to the sector Emir, al-Bara. I also appoint Abu Yasser, as the Qadi (judge) of the Southern sector.

And so, praise be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds that Allah gives us the opportunity to perform this Jihad on His path. Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, this is a Ni'mat, a favor from Allah. May Allah reward us with a blessing and accepts our Jihad, may He increases our rewards and our level in Heaven. May He allow us to be with the Messenger of Allah, Muhammad (pbuh) on the Judgment day.

We, the Mujahideen of Dagestan - which are subordinated to me, we renew our Bayat to Abu Usman, the Emir of the Caucasus Emirate, may Allah preserves him. We will, Insha'Allah, obey him as long as he follows the Koran and the Sunnah...
