Libya and Ukraine on Tuesday (November 23rd) launched a visa-free regime for holders of diplomatic and official passports, Interfax reported. The same privilege will soon be granted to all citizens, Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov said after meeting in Tripoli with his Libyan counterpart Al-Baghdadi Ali al-Mahmoudi. The two countries also agreed to step up co-operation in agriculture, hydrocarbons, education and the civilian use of nuclear energy.
