President Mohamed Ould Abdel Aziz on Friday (January 22nd) will become the first Mauritanian head of state to visit Turkey, Journal Tahalil reported. He will meet with Turkish President Abdullah Gul in Ankara for talks on strengthening bilateral co-operation. Abdel Aziz is accompanied for the 4-day state visit by an important government delegation, including Foreign Minister Naha Mint Mouknass, Economic Minister Sidi Ould Tah and Finance Minister Ousmane Kane
