(Magharebia) Turkish Foreign Trade Minister Zafer Caglayan will lead a delegation of contracting companies to Libya on Tuesday (January 5th), Turkish press reported. Caglayan will meet with Libyan Prime Minister Ali al-Baghdadi al-Mahmudi and attend a Turkish-Libyan contracting business forum. Turkish contracting projects in Libya over the last three years are reportedly worth more than $11 billion.
