Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan said Al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem and the Ibrahimi Mosque in Hebron and the Mosque of Bilal Ibn Rabah, "will forever be Islamic and will never be part of the Jewish heritage." Last week, the Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced that the Ibrahimi Mosque in Hebron and the Tomb of Rachel in Bethlehem n the list of Jewish historical sites. The Israeli move sparked riots in the West Bank and east Jerusalem. The Ibrahimi Mosque is considered the fourth most important Islamic mosque after the Holy Mosques in Makkah and Medina and Al Aqsa mosque.
