The African Development Bank (AfDB) opened its Algiers office on Thursday (February 18th), APS reported. "Algeria has moved forward despite the different challenges posed by the global financial crisis," AfDB President Donald Kaberuka said at the inauguration ceremony attended by Algerian Foreign Minister Mourad Medelci, Finance Minister Karim Djoudi and other officials.
