DPM concerned over Firdous Shah's falling health in Jail

Srinagar, April 04 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, the Jammu and Kashmir Democratic Political Movement (DPM) has expressed concern over the falling health of its illegally detained Chairman, Firdous Ahmad Shah in Kathua Jail.

The DPM spokesman, in a statement issued in Srinagar, warned that the puppet authorities would be responsible if anything untoward happened to him. “Shah has developed various ailments due to lack of hygienic food and insufficient medical facilities in jail,” he added.

The spokesman condemned the statement given by Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), in which it had hinted to sabotage the efforts on resolving Kashmir dispute.

Vowing to continue the freedom struggle till its logical conclusion, he said that the use of brute force could not deter Kashmiris’ resolve to get freedom from Indian bondage.
