Mogadishu — The president of the Transitional Federal Government Sharif Sheik Ahmed has Tuesday visited several military bases of the government troops in south of the Somali capital Mogadishu.
More government soldiers with armored vehicles led the president had reached parts of Wadajir and Derkenley districts in the capital and supervised some more military bases of the TFG soldiers in Banadir region.
President Sharif Sheik also with military uniform addressed before more troops whom he visited in their positions today talking more on the importance of the army in the areas he reached.
He recounted the background of the national Somali army saying that the troops of Somalia were very polite ones pointing out that they also used to protect their population in ever difficult.
Lastly the TFG president Sharif Sheik Aheik Ahmed told reporters that he would continue visiting the military bases of the transitional government soldiers.
