Al-Alam network taken off air by 2 Arab satellites

Al-Alam News Network says two satellites operators based in Egypt and Saudi Arabia have stopped broadcasting the news channel without prior notice.

Al-Alam authorities said Tuesday that the channel was taken off air earlier without any prior notice by the contractors, NileSat and ArabSat satellite operators.

According to the network authorities, the move is in violation of the contract with the two satellite companies.

No further details have been released yet.

  1. Saudi Arabia and Egypt governments stopped Al-alam news channels transmission from Arab-sat and Nile-sat satellite, while Al-alam news channel is renowned from its support of Palestinian people and resistance choice. Ironically, those two governments allow the transmission of pornographic and Christian oriented satellite channels. Could we dub the Saudi and Egypt governments as the supporter of Islam or the bureau of Islamic flag.
