Kashmir is a disputed territory whose final status must be determined by the people of Kashmir. Pakistan’s stance is clear on the Kashmir issue. Kashmir dispute must be solved as it is necessary for lasting peace in the region. PPP led government’s policy on Kashmir is quite obvious that it would not compromise on the Kashmir issue and would only accept a solution that was acceptable to all Kashmiri. Pakistan is always ready for dialogue with India for a peaceful solution. Pakistan has demanded that the dispute be resolved as per the UN resolution of 1948 and 1949. Credit must be given to President Zardari for his definite policy oven Kashmir...
